Welcome to Amy's Cookie Co. and Bakery, we're a family-owned and operated bakery in El Campo, Texas. Baking has been a passion of mine for as long as I can remember. A little bit of backstory - I started selling to family and friends when I was in high school and made it a full-time side hustle after college. Eventually, the business grew so much that I had to choose between the job I had at the time and baking. So, I took a big leap of faith to purse Amy's Cookie Co. full-time and, thankfully, it all worked out.

I had always dreamed of owning a brick and mortar bakery but opening a full fledged storefront business is a scary thing to do, especially alone. Luckily, I met and married the most supportive man who believed in me and my dreams 100%. About 6 months after we got married, when we both couldn't take living in the mess that is a home bakery any longer, we decided it was time to expand... And here we are!

I am truly so blessed to get to do what I love for a living and it wouldn't be possible without you all. Thank you for continued love and support,it means the world to us.
